What you will be doing
High-Intensity Interval Training for all levels. The outdoor provides us with a great selection of exercises to shake up your usual HIIT session. This class is suitable for any level, from beginner to advanced you can take things at your desired pace. The session with work the full-body, utilising all muscle groups, and work the cardiovascular system. It will leave you feeling energised and uplifted ready for whatever the rest of your day has in-store.
