What you will be doing
Barre brings together the best of Ballet, Pilates and Fitness. Expect a masterclass in getting to know your body inside out and have the confidence to move like you want to.
An all over workout with calming sequences, controlled stretching, breathing techniques and mindfulness practice to reach an optimal state of emotional and mental well-being.
Please note the class is packed full of modifiers for beginners and intensifiers for those needing a greater challenge
