What you will be doing
Beginner FIT is designed specifically for beginners to build your fitness level and confidence with exercise. Classes are led by our Irish gem and Personal Trainer, Casey.
This is full body weight workout, filled with beginners exercises to start you on your fitness journey. Packed with a mix of arms, legs and core bodyweight exercises to make you fitter & stronger! You will be taught by Casey how to perform exercises safely.
Beginner FIT is suitable for complete beginners to those with limited knowledge who want to grow their confidence with exercising safely.
Routine
Beginning with a full body warm up to mobilise, loosen and engage the muscles.
A 30-minute beginners class! Casey will be down on the floor with you, motivating you every step of the way. Watch your confidence grow as Casey guides you through basic exercises to start your fitness journey!
Finished with a full body cool down of slow stretches and breathing techniques to completely de-stress.
