What you will be doing
Latin Dance Fitness class for all levels of Fitness! Sizzle with Salsa, Get cheeky with Cha Cha Cha, go merry with Merengue , Be Sensual with Bachata and cool down with Kizomba! Latin Dance is fun, a good dose of cardio and improves your coordination , sense of rhythm and flexibility too!
Routine
45 minutes class consisting of warm up, Cardio Dance with Fitness variations, Cool down and post workout stretches! Perfect after a day in the office, working from home or playing with kids!
