It will also help you to prevent injuries, reduce stress and promote well-being. Ideal class for your 45min break time. All levels are welcome. Looking forward to see you!!!!

Routine

The class start with a gentle spine mobility to warm up moving to a core workout and full body exercises. We end the class with a good stretching to keep you ready for the rest of the day!
