What you will be doing
Beach Body is the kind of training where we hit all muscle groups. Aim is to burn lots of calories and toning. We challenge ourself with advanced training approaches such as HIIT, Tabata, EMOM. After this class you definitely feel the burn and satisfaction of hard work, the results are just a matter of time:D
Routine
High intense 45sec on 15sec off, EMOM (Every Minute On Minute), Tabata 20sec on 10sec off, Abs&Core
