What you will be doing
Feeling stressed? Anxious? Exhausted? This online class will take you through a series of hip opening poses, as well shoulder stretches. The reason of focusing on these areas is because we hold most stress and emotions there. The class is mostly slow paced and some of the poses are hold for up to 2 minutes. Find a peace in your body and mind.
Routine
Softening your body and breath, letting go and relax.
Notes
We will use a few props but don't worry if don't own any proper yoga blocks, straps, bolsters, etc. You can always use a spare towel, pillows, blankets, belts. Get ready with those, a mat or a towel. y
