Class Details
What you will be doing
A dynamic Vinyasa Flow sequence linking the movement to the breath and including plenty of options for modifications. Suitable for all levels.
Routine
After a gentle warm up, you will move through traditional yoga poses (asanas) to energise the body and calm the mind. The sequence will take you through balancing and strengthening postures and finish with some deep stretches and relaxation.
Notes
Meet by the basket ball court (north side) 5/10 mins before the class. Bring your own mat and any props you might need! Due to Covid restrictions and rule of 6, only 5 people can join the class.
