What you will be doing
This is the re-boot that your week needs!
This session is a mix between functional training and metabolic conditioning.
We will build up your strength and work on your cardio focussing mainly on various bodyweight exercises, but don't worry even without fancy equipment you can make this workout exactly as hard or as easy as you desire.
All movements are scalable (down or up!), which is also why the class is suitable for all fitness levels and will really make you feel like you've earned that weekend! 🍳🥓
Routine
The 60 minute session will always consist of a warm up, main workout and a cool down, however I'm a strong believer that routine is the enemy, so I like to mix it up every time. Switching up your workouts is essential to building endurance and strength, so be prepared for the unexpected!
