What you will be doing
Welcome to Bee-Fit, we put the FUN into functional fitness.
Join us in Sutcliffe Park for a full body functional fitness throw down. A 45 minute blend of cardio and resistance training that will leave you moving well, feeling strong and looking great.
Bring some water and a mat if you have it, that is all you will need, let us do the rest.
WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?
Routine
We start our session with a prep and prime block designed to mobilise your joints and activate your muscles to make sure that you are moving well.
We will then run through 1-2 strength/endurance based resistance blocks before finishing with a high energy conditioning block to end the session.
We end with a mobility block to leave you feeling strong and supple, ready for anything.
