Workout Wednesday... It does what it says on the tin.
WOW is a fast paced session that delivers a hump day sweat and gets the endorphins flowing through the body to help you tackle the rest of the week.
30 mins of full body bodyweight conditioning, all you need is some water, a mat and space to move.

Prep and Prime is a staple of all Bee-Fit sessions. We get ready to move well!
For WOW expect to see AMRAPs, RFT, Tabatas and more fast paced training blocks.
We finish with a mobility and cool down block to leave you feeling strong and supple.
