What you will be doing
An all over body workout from head to toe! You’re going to feel that amazing burn in your arms, abs, legs and glutes. You can add light weights if available to take the workout to the next level. I focus on slowing down the reps of the exercise to challenge your body to sculpt and tone.
A light warm-up into an all level class Options for weights too, or even tins of beans can be used! A total body fun workout.
