What you will be doing
Ballet FIT is designed to strengthen, lengthen and tone muscles; improve balance; and develop a strong core. Classes are choreographed by our Irish gem and ballerina of 10 years, Casey.
Using your own body weight for resistance to sculpt and tone the body in ways that few other workouts can. The classes are focused on combining cardio, strength training, and stretching for a full body workout. Expect music, energy and non-stop body burning throughout!
Ballet FIT is suitable to all fitness and experience levels from first timers to experienced dancers.

Routine
Beginning with a full body warm up to mobilise, loosen and engage the muscles.
The class will focus on major muscle groups including the arms, thighs, glutes, and core. Blending elements of barre, ballet and HIIT with high repetitions to exhaust the muscles and sculpt the body. Fused with cardio interval blasts to get your heart rate going!
Finishing the class on the mat for a core burner like no other! Before a yoga-inspired cool-down and breathing techniques to completely de-stress.
