If you are looking to improve your strength, flexibility or reduce stress and anxiety this is the class for you!
Suitable for all levels with variations provided for beginners and advanced practitioners.
Routine
Expect to begin the class with some sun salutations to warm up the body, followed by a sequence including asanas to improve flexibility, arm balance and relaxation. I will guide you through this all-levels sequenced flow targeted at improving stamina, strength and flexibility while synchronizing breath with movement.
