What you will be doing
Welcome to the cardio running and gain muscle routine. Whether you're one to spice up your running routine or run away from a dark past this is the class for you. An absolute sweat, fun and gain. Firstly we gonna run, after that we gonna gain muscle.
This class is designed for intermediate level, because running with subsequent exercise routine is quite intense. So be prepared! :)
