What you will be doing
Connect with your body in the nature! Come and unwind with me in a gentle vinyasa flow class. The sequence is accessible to everyone even beginners. I'd take you through process to check-in with yourself across the whole body, a gentle warm up before flowing through a nourishing sequence to open up the body to find strength and flexibility (trust me you have it!).
Please bring your own mat. Strictly 2m apart for the social distancing :)
Check in with the body, gentle warm up, followed by a few standing, balance and floor sequence.
