What you will be doing
All levels, an intense female only 45 min workout with 15 minutes of Technique coaching so that you become confident when practising the workouts on your own.
This class is meant to empower, encourage and motivate women in a supportive team spirit environment.
No boys allowed 💁. Post Natal welcome (please bring confirmation of clearance from GP)
Routine
Classes will vary in style and goal, but the focus will always be on having an intense workout as well as education where we will cover form, technique and exercise adaptation.
If you want to learn how to train and become confident in any exercise environment then this class is a great fit for you.
