What you will be doing
Welcome to a guided Hatha Yoga class suitable for all levels! The flow of the class is slow paced yet continuous in a flow, giving enough space to the practitioner to focus on correct & deep breathing while in the pose. The class ends with some breath work & relaxation. A sequence of standing, seated, laying down poses with pauses to hold in between.
