To find the location, walk along the side of the river until you come to a concrete spiral staircase. Go up the staircase and you are there! If you have a matt and want to bring it then feel free but you don't need one. Make sure you have water and if the weather is chilly and/or rainy then bring layers and a waterproof. Arrive in good time to get settled and ready.
