What you will be doing
A dynamic Vinyasa Flow sequence linking the movement to the breath and including plenty of options for modifications. Suitable for all levels.
Routine
After a gentle warm up, you will move through traditional yoga poses (asanas) to energise the body and calm the mind. The sequence will take you through balancing and strengthening postures and finish with some deep stretches and relaxation.
Notes
Please meet at the Burdett-Coutts Drinking Memorial Fountain 10 mins before the class. You will be asked to bring your own mat and props (yoga blocks, strap) if you need them.
