What you will be doing
Join us every Friday at the Wands worth Park. You may bring your children and pets along too! We practice A gentle flow of Asanas, pranayama and share a health tip with the community
Routine
Warm-up. Standing , seated and lying down poses. A sequence easy to follow and allowing all levels of students to achieve a state of balance and calm through the session while breathing some fresh air in the park
