What you will be doing
Move from one pose to another via fluid transitions and steady breath-work, while gaining strength and improving mobility, flexibility and coordination. No flow is the same, these sessions are fun, suitable to all levels of practice and help enhance creative expression in daily life. A dynamic flow, so expect to break a sweat
