Has it been your life-long dream to try out martial arts? if the answer is yes! then I have good news for you, that I am offering this amazing beginners class for people who want to learn a thing or two about martial arts and general self-defense. So, whether you have been advised to practice martial arts by a professional for medical reasons OR you want to improve self-confidence, focus, and concentration this class is definitely going to benefit you.
Age Range (11 - 60 yrs)
Routine
A lot of fundamental of martial-arts will be covered in the class such as Footwork Body mechanics, Practical fight and attack scenarios, Martial Yoga, Meditation, and much more.
