What you will be doing

Barre for post-natal mothers commencing or re-starting their fitness journey.

Motherhood is a superpower. You find energy reserves you never thought you had and uncover strengths that just keep you going. This class will extenuate the highs and make the lows easier to grapple. A class to help you defeat fatigue whilst sculpting, lengthening and toning your body. Boost your poise and posture and love the skin you’re in.

 Low-impact, high results.  Optimise your body’s new power.  Make fitness part of your transition to motherhood.  All eyes on the core to boost your body’s stability and everyday mobility.

Routine

Warm up for a full body barre makeover. Sequences of breathing, movements, postures, and relaxation techniques. A cool down of stretches to shake out any tension and stress.
