What you will be doing
Fab Fat burner exercises are geared towards burning calories and fat and localising the areas of the body that require toning up to give you the body you want. This a class that is solely designed as a fat burner. It does so by elevating the heart rate for the 45 minute core phase of the class.
You will have a piece of great energetic music and amazing exercises which will burn a lots of calories in 45 min.
Routine
