What you will be doing
Find a space for yourself after a day of madness in this short & sweet 40min online vinyasa flow yoga class :) Reconnect your mind and heart with your fingers & toes, joints and limbs, leaving the class feeling relaxed, calm and nourished. The class will be held on Zoom.
A mindful warm up through a pawanmuktasana sequence, followed by a few standing, balance and floor asanas. The flow is gentle and slow, you'll be encouraged to take at least three breaths in each asana focusing on exploring how you feel in the pose.
