Routine
After a gentle 5 minute warm-up, you’ll be taken through an array of cardio, body weight squats, upper body and abs exercise for 40 seconds with 20 seconds recoveries…
Get ready for a whole body workout - you’ll feel awesome, with an extra zest of true girl power when you are finished…
You’ll feel like u can take in the world 💪
