Class Details
What you will be doing
A quick paced flow class to energise and stretch the body and mind cultivating strength balance and flexibility to the mind and body. Always warming up working though the sun salutations and flowing poses finishing with the peak pose then winding down and relaxation.
The class will decide what you'd like to work on so if theres any arm balance or headstand you'd like to improve let me know and it will be added to the session.
