What you will be doing
Lets rewind together.
The session will start with a short meditation practice, creating time to check in with your body and mind. It will flow into gentle stretching movements, waking up your physique with kindness. Once the body is ready we will go into sun salutation, which will progress into a set of seating asanas. The class will be concluded with a 10/15 minutes relaxation practice making you feel at ease and ready for a beautiful evening.
