What you will be doing
Keeping it low towards to the ground, not moving much but staying in poses for somewhere about 1 to 3 minutes. Getting close to a deep tissues - muscles, ligaments, joints, fascia. Perfect for anyone, no need any previous yoga experience or even interest in yoga.
Routine
You want to go a bit deeper into the body and mind, or maybe you just over did it in your HIIT Class? Well, you need this.
Notes
Prepare a mat but don't worry if you don't have one, any type of floor, even grass works perfectly too. You might want to have a blanket or a towel close by, as well as a pillow or any yoga prob you might own. Please, contact me in advice if you have any injury or if you are pregnant.
