What you will be doing
Relax, recharge and connect with body, mind and soul at a slow-flow yin yoga class, by candlelight.
The class focuses on functionality, listening to your body and playing with your edge. Take some time out for yourself, begin to wind down and flow through a soothing sequence that will leave you feeling aligned, centred and renewed.
Blending yoga and meditation, yin is a restorative practise where poses are held for 2 to 4 minutes, helping to improve strength, flexibility and joint mobility, and allowing the space to find some inner stillness and serenity within.
Beginning with some pranayama (breathwork), we will then flow through a restoring yin sequence with a restful Shavasana at the end.
