A mix of traditional Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow. A focus on: Core, Flexibility, Arm Balances, Breath, Endurance, and FUN IN THE SUN!
Routine
An exhilarating, 45-min fast-paced yoga flow that promises to redefine your practice.
This innovative approach to yoga blends active, dynamic movements with breath focus, creating a unique synergy that awakens the body’s core strength, guarantees flexibility, whilst offering a sense of balance and peace.
A transition from powerful, fitness-oriented sequences into calming, restorative stretches – taking clients on a journey from effort to ease. Each session leaves clients feeling invigorated, centered, and empowered.
P.s. If you're feeling nervous, that is totally normal, but I can guarantee that you will feel at ease!

Meet opposite Warwick Avenue Station - at the Santander Cycles docking station - and we will either flow outdoors (weather permitting), or in my apartment.
