What you will be doing
Zumba is a total-body cardio and aerobic workout, which provides a large calorie consumption. Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness.
My Zumba class is in 3 steps:
- warm-up dance
- main warkout (fast and slow dancing)
