What you will be doing
Come and start your day like a champ!
Come release loads of endorphins, burn lots of calories and get fighting fit. There's no better way to start your day!
Expect to have a laugh and some fun whilst you're training too! Each week i'll be throwing into the mix different fitness games and activities to keep you active and social. Be open to meeting new people :)

Routine
Warm up (10 mins) Dynamic stretches, mobility exercises, muscle activation exercises, hand/eye coordination drills.
Fitness Game (10 min) A quick ice breaker game to get everyone active and social.
Boxing Tech (20 mins) Group and partner work focusing in delivering different boxing combinations whilst working on our stance, guard, footwork and general form. Expect to throw lots of punches!
HIIT Circuit (10 min) Boxing specific high intensity interval training using bodyweight exercises and plyometric movements. Exercises will change each week.
Cool down (10 min) Static stretches, mindfulness and breathing exercises

Meet us opposite Brockwell Lido on the black tarmac area for a 9:30am start.
