What you will be doing
Each class is its own story. We’ll guide our awareness inward and follow a steady arc of activity, often tying in a crescendo of twists and balances before moving to hold a pose or two for longer, and rest. Classes tend to finish with a quote to take away and reflect on.
We’ll focus on cultivating deeper self-enquiry and self-compassion, and softening to strengthen the body to create more space within.
I always offer options and assists along the way, as you consider what would serve you best.
Routine
Warrior sequences with a balancing peak, with time for a gentle stretch to start and cool off at the finish.
Notes
The class will take place on the lawn near the bandstand toward the eastern/QP tube side of the park. Please message me - 07737 567-889 with any questions.
Please bring your own mat, and if you'd like, a block. A soft cushion might be helpful especially if you have sensitive knees.
