Lukas - Thanks @Dave_Stapo so you have quinoa(sundried tomatoes on top), beetroot, spinach with red peppers, and tomatoes, seitan(homemade, I have a recipe on my insta reelsπ) broccoli and bit of hummus. There is a sprinkle of sesame seeds too amd hoisin sauce
