Class Details
What you will be doing
This will be a full-body workout, focused on building up strength and endurance using a mix of resistance bands and loops, as well as bodyweight movements. Expect to push yourself through long working periods and short rest times - this class is not only about building a strong body, but also a strong mind!
Routine
We will start off with a heart pumping warm up to get the muscles fired up. In the main workout, expect to work for 1-3mins on each exercise, with a circuit format and stretching at the end! Make sure to bring some water and a towel!
