Premiering the 30- minute Quickie Abs class, starting Saturday 20th March at 9:30 and every Saturday at the same time from there on. Followed by Total Body Barre Workout at 10:15 am See you in class all.
You guys killed me! What a morning! Thank you all for booking and for attending the taster class. I will keep you all updated on just when the classes will eventually be. I am dangerously attracted to the idea of a double barre! Or perhaps a barre at 9 am, followed by a 30- minute stretch and meditation. Watch this space guys, thank you all again so much xxx
