Do you find that there are so many more distractions at home? When I practice, it helps me to set up my environment. A few things that I like to do are:

• Choose a quiet place where I’m least likely to be interrupted
• Face my mat towards a window if it’s sunny, or dim the lights, put on some incense, music and candles to set the mood ✨

What do we need to find balance? ⚖️

In the physical yoga practice, it's steadiness of the mind, focus, and strength, cultivated over time. In life, it's these same qualities. When you notice the first signs of stress - press pause. Is there anything you can let go of? What do you need to bring yourself back into balance?✨
