The focus of my classes this week is Manipura or Solar Plexus Chakra, associated with our self confidence, personal power and autonomy, when balanced brings a feeling of being comfortable in our own skins. 
The relationship we have with ourselves is the longest and most important one we're ever gonna have, lets get comfortable!

This is the symbol for the Muladhara or Root Chaka, it’s associated with our sense of balance, safety, self assurance and self confidence. I’m not alone when I say with everything going on at the moment, mine is totally out out of balance, everything shifting, changing, so much sad news it can feel overwhelming. I’m so grateful for Yoga and all the magic it brings. ❤️
