What you will be doing
This class is an introduction to the basic movements of Parkour mixed with strength and conditioning.
Parkour is the movement of ones self from point A to B by overcoming obstacles using only your own body and a set of skilled movements.
In this class you'll learn the basic types of movements and vaults through conditioning exercises and cover how to practice the discipline safely.
