What you will be doing
The benefits of boxing training are endless. It can target many aspects of fitness and wellbeing, such as cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, weight loss and self confidence.
Whatever your goal, there is a multitude of benefits to incorporate boxing fitness into your training.
Routine
After a warm up, we will start with teaching correct technique and then go into partners and work through 5 different exercises covering cardio, legs, core and combinations.
Each exercise consists of 2 rounds of 3 mins with 1 minute break inbetween so each partner will take it in try both gloves and pads.
