Working in our chairs all day results in tight hamstrings making it harder to extend legs or straighten our knees all the way. When tight muscles are called upon for serious activity they damage easily. 

That’s why every workout on the platform has a warm-up and cool down to massage muscles.

So remember, stretching daily keeps our mobility, improves balance and independence. 👊

🧘🏿 Start slow: With a practice once or twice a week.

⌛ Give it time: Embed yoga in your schedule for 5 weeks straight before deciding whether it’s for you or not.

🌎 Try EVERYTHING: From hatha to vinyasa, meditation to yin.
