Silent Disco Fun Fitness Experiences are coming to LONDON! Once a month immersive, hysterical and fabulously Fun fitness ... bring your friends and let's have a party! If you haven't tried this before, it's a MUST! Wearing the headphones means the music is epic and it is so liberating! You will laugh out loud and not realise that you are working out too! My favourite thing to do!!

JOY is the most amazing FEELING! This is what Silent Disco brings! I have seen so many happy faces including mine! LOL! ITS GOING DOWN IN BRIGHTON THIS WEEKEND! England VS France! I have 20 people coming to this class already! 17 French and we need more ENGLISH! Calling out to all the English Zumba lovers out there! Come and join us by the beach on Hove Lawns! One teacher from the UK (myself) and one from France! Who will make the most noise?!!!
