The goal of my teaching is to embody the different aspects of yoga with a particular focus on emotional well-being linked to breath and conscious movement.

UNITY.
I think I can speak for many of us when I say that over the past year and half we all missed the community aspect of our lives. Yoga means unity and we unite not only with ourselves in our practice but we also connect to those surrounding us.πŸ™Œ

How to prepare for an outdoor yoga class? Bring a...mat, water bottle (can wonderfully double as a prop), dress with layers and bring your smile & good attitude. Don’t get too disheartened by the weather forecast. It’s forever changing anyway!
