Everyone had their animal gear on this morning and we flowed together through the theme of being wild! 🦧🐒🐆 It was sooo lovely! ☺️ and we had a few wise words from David Attenborough during our relaxation. Thanks for joining me gang, see you next week.

Feeling great after a wonderful sunrise yoga practice this morning. Absolutely chuffed my yogis totally smashed bird of paradise, a difficult and new pose to some of them.
