One bad day won't make you fat just like one good day won't make you fit 

If you've overeaten then I bet you had a great time doing so! So there's no need to feel guilty and there's no need to "make up for it" in the gym or class the following day by walking on an incline for an hour or throwing in extra burpees

Try and avoid the all or nothing attitude and keep the splurge to a minimum where possible and go again with your targets and training tomorrow!
