Mostly sunny and 14 degrees on Sunday. The perfect weather to end my park yoga sessions for this year. Come join one last time, it’ll be dynamic and uplifting with some restorative poses to melt into at the end.

East London friends, park yoga classes are up and running twice a week until it gets too cold outside. I hope this means until end of September. Monday evenings take place in Victoria Park, Thursday mornings in London Fields. See you there? 🌿
