My first "Pilates Mat in the Green" will be held at Hampstead Heath Park from 10-10:50am on 21 May (Sat). We feel the urge to work out outdoor with some fresh air especially in post-covid. I love Pilates can help me connect mind and body besides core strengthening. Sharing joy with like-minded friends and be part of the community allow us to build bonding and trust to others again.
