What happens when we overtrain?
🏋️‍♀️Pain can occur in your joints and muscles, due to an increase in inflammation levels in the body.
🏋️‍♀️Fatigue, and way more than usual. 
🏋️‍♀️Unable to lift the weights you were  lifting.
🏋️‍♀️Decreased appetite.
🏋️‍♀️Your mood will change.
🏋️‍♀️Sleep can become disrupted, due to high levels of cortisol.

Just 10 mins per day being aware of the sensations that are surrounding your body, and learning how to deal with them, can help a lot and lower your anxiety/stress levels. My favourite app to support this is CALM.

I’m taking my own advice today and taking a timeout!!! It’s been one of those weeks, so I decided I would go and sit in the park  and get some Vitamin D, and grab a coffee.  
It’s already working, and soothing my nervous system. 
What can you do to soothe your soul if you’re having one of those weeks too.

I just thought I would wish everyone a good Monday and to give you a few tips for getting started in new habits
💃Start by doing one workout
💃Start by drinking 2 glasses of water 
💃Start by getting 1 early night
💃Start by getting a healthy meal in a day
💃Start by saying one form of gratitude
All you need to do is to start and then the more you start to do something, the easier it becomes to do it consistently and to keep it going.
