I’m taking my own advice today and taking a timeout!!! It’s been one of those weeks, so I decided I would go and sit in the park  and get some Vitamin D, and grab a coffee.  
It’s already working, and soothing my nervous system. 
What can you do to soothe your soul if you’re having one of those weeks too.

I am all about decreasing stress levels and supporting your mental health. A great way to do this is through meditation. This isn’t about spending an hour in silence trying to remove your thoughts. Just 10 mins per day being aware of the sensations that are surrounding your body, and learning how to deal with them, can help a lot and lower your anxiety/stress levels. My favourite app to support this is CALM.
